Brighton racecourse is of course a stunning one, and whenever there is a race day planned you can guarantee there will be a huge number of people who will turn up to watch them all, and will of course be betting on each race too.
If you do enjoy watching an afternoon race meeting either by visiting a racecourse or simply betting from home and tuning into one of the racing channels to watch each race from the comfort of your favourite armchair then Brighton does have plenty of races available to do.
The very first race of the day is the 14:00 race and from a betting point of view and a form point of view too there are only likely to be two horses battling it out in the final furlong, and they are the number 1 horse on the race card that being Noteworthy at 7/4 and the number 4 horse that being Monarch Maid at 9/4.
Sadly the Brighton 14:30 race has not attracted a huge number of runners, and as such there are only six of them running in that race, however with fewer runners that does somewhat increase your chances of picking the winner, and I think it will go the way of Global Wonder who at odds of 9/4 does have the form to win a race of this nature and quite easily too!
Fitzsimmons Should Win the Brighton 15:00 Race!
One horse that is the nap of the day today at Brighton is Fitzsimmons who is running in the 15:00 race and many punters will have that horse in doubles and trebles and possibly a few accumulators too, for whilst its odds on winning are just 8/13, I do doubt any other horse in that race will win it.
I would look further afield than the favourite in the Brighton 15:00 race, in fact I do think the current second favourite is going to come out on top, that horse being Carvelas which does look a value bet currently with its odds being a very reasonable 4/1.
Brighton 16:00 Race
Three horses will be linking up to run in the 16:00 race at Brighton today so that does of course mean you are not going to be amazed at the odds on any of those three horses, for they are quite low. However, on the balance of form it does look like the number 2 horse will romp home at odds of around 8/15 and that horse is Matchmaking.
There are five horses in the Brighton 16:30 race, and once again it is hard to look further than the favourite to win that race which is Enzo, there has been plenty of money being placed onto that horse on the early betting markets and as such its odds of winning are now around the 6/4 mark.
The final race of the day at Brighton is their 17:00 race in which the most likely result will be a win for Jack Taylor who is on offer currently at 5/6 and the second place horse is likely to be Wotadoll who is currently 7/4.
